RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Order Status
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address provided. This email will include your order number for reference.
To facilitate communication in case of any issues, customers are encouraged to provide their Instagram account alongside their full name during checkout.
Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel an order immediately after placing it by contacting She By Shi.
Please note: Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
Return Policy
She By Shi does not accept returns under any circumstances, except in cases where the issue is caused by our error (see Compensation section below).
Refund & Compensation Policy
She By Shi does not offer refunds in the following cases:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
Lost, misplaced, or stolen packages during transit
In cases where the product is defective or there is an error on the part of She By Shi:
We will review and provide an appropriate solution (replacement or refund if applicable)
Customers must contact us for further instructions
Processing Time
Once a request is received and (if applicable) the returned item is delivered, our Customer Service team requires at least 3 weeks to review and process the case.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exception: Shipping fees will only be refunded if the issue is caused by She By Shi (e.g., defective product or incorrect item delivered)
